At 9:00 am, members of the Laipson Party branch watched the grand opening ceremony of the two sessions through live replay in the party building conference room and concentrated on studying the government work report. According to the agenda, Premier Li Qiang delivered a report on the work of the government to the second session of the 14th National People's Congress on behalf of the State Council. The report reviews the remarkable achievements and valuable experience made in the first year of the full implementation of the spirit of the 20th party congress.
